Durabuilt 5 Piece 18 Volt Power Tool Kit...

Power Tools Kits: Durabuilt 5 piece 18 volt power tool kit. Picked this up from target for 50% off and I still fell like I paid too much…..these tools seem more like toys than actual tools used to work on something….

I hate when they sell cheap crap. Why bother making it?

  2. Tristan102100 says:

you get what you pay for. you paid 40 bucks for a 5 tool kit, and i paid
$300 for an impact driver, 2 batteries and a charger by dewalt. why?
because my first dewalt impact driver was sinking 14″ x 5/16″ lag bolts
very quickly untill the motor was so piwerful it snalled the hammer after 8
years of heavy abuse. In my opinion for you ryobi would be the best. they
have the best combo of customer convinience, variety and priced for a
homeowner. and they are halfway decent. well, beter than durabuilt

Thank you very much. I actually bought two of them today thinking it is a
good deal. I guess I need to take them back.

  4. djdevil360 says:

lmao they are some shit useless tool’s

  5. Tristan102100 says:

i always check the price…a dewalt set is 450 if ur luckey!

  6. jimmyrcom3 says:

sorry i posted the comment before watching the end.

  7. zethca says:

eek! take that junk back asap! get some real tools

  8. sirmasterpimp says:

Didn’t need to watch the end, from the name you could tell it was going to
    be horrible…LOL

  9. sirmasterpimp says:

Yep, everything except for the flashlight and drill are bad (The jig saw
broke after this video)…….I took my kit back and picked up just the
drill for $28. The transmission issue seemed not to affect the new one. It
really is a good drill for the price (electric brake, work light, 20 torque
settings and cheap replacement batteries). If all you need is a drill it
works fine, but the circular saw, jig saw and sander are totally useless.

  10. Tristan102100 says:

this is why there is makita and dewalt

i’m SO glad i finally found a review for this kit! I was about to buy this
off of a guy on craigslist for $75 because I thought it was a steal. Thank
    you so much!

  12. sirmasterpimp says:

Yea, that jig-saw is pretty much useless if you use it on any material
stronger than a single sheet of paper, lol

  13. jimmyrcom3 says:

I’m guessing you are going to return it?

  14. stratmister says:

I think I paid around 50 for my kit also, but had pretty good luck with
mine. My only issue is that the batteries went south after about 2yrs. so I
recently revived one and its working again, but the form factor isn’t
really “repair-friendly”. its meant to be disposable, but guys like me are
too stuborn to throw it away!

  15. sirmasterpimp says:

I think next time around I will go for a skill or DeWalt 18 volt tool kit.
This kit didn’t even offer extra batteries with the 5 tools nor does it
have an easy way to buy replacement batteries…..its def going back to
